Returns & Refund
We offer a 30-days Return & Refund policy, which means you can request a return or refund within 30(Thirty) days since the day you received the packages.
To be eligible for a return, the package must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with original tags and wrapping/packaging, you will also need to provide proof of purchase.
How to start a return?
To request a return, please contact [email protected] first, we will verify your return information(Some information about the order may be required to be provided). Once the return information is verified, an instruction will be provided on how and where the packages should be sent to. Packages sending back without a request will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges on Returning Packages Back
Please note that:
If it is because there is defect of the product, or there is damage during shipping, or you are not receiving the correct packages, we will bear the cost of shipping them back. Otherwise, customers need to pay the shipping fees. The shipping fees will depend on the courier service.
*Note: Please always check your packages at the time of receiving, to see whether is damaged, or defective, or wrong products. Contact us if you find any wrong with the packages, we are glad to be at your service.
Exchange or Refund
You can request an exchange or refund for the return at the time of starting ir. We will notify you at the time of receiving the returned packages, once we confirmed it, we will process the exchange or refund in 4 workdays. Please note that if you request a refund, you will be refund on your original payment method, and it will take some time for your bank to process the refund, too.
